He forgets to address the issue of private ownership. As long as you can own something legally or even illegally you want to get the rewards from it. Imagine a garden with vegetables you worked for to grow them and anyone is allowed to harvest them, would you still put in the hard labor? It's called the free rider problem. So you want to defend the harvest from the free riders from where ever they come from.

The problem is, the first thing he suggests we worry about happened a long time ago. We already have a private bank that issues all the currency for the US, it's called "The Federal Reserve Bank." Could explain why his following is rather dim...
