When building a new space, we were able to think about how to bring more innovation and technology into the learning experience in a modern way. We’re making sure we’re thinking a few steps ahead on how we can deliver training in the best way to our Claims Reps, and this new learning experience improves customer experience, which is a win for all of us at Farmers.
