Great training for entry into the business. WM train lots of drivers who end up working for other waste haulers who don’t send you through all hoops and shenanigans that WM does. If WM would train their managers to be more focused on people rather than rules, then they wouldn’t need drivers all the time. Not speaking on what I’ve heard, speaking from experience.
