There should be one more 'talking to my past self' episode where Future Julie tells Past Julie about all sorts of stuff... and doesn't mention the pregnancy at all, sitting down so the table blocks the view of her belly. And then at the end just stands and walks off with a cut to Past Julie's shocked face.
