Yesterday I had one of those days... sat in for the FOMO Friday session, because I was so frustrated.

Breakouts: 9 out of 10 times I get knocked down by false breakouts and have lost lots of money. Thankfully I have learned when to cut losses early. However, Now that this has happened so many times, I don't even get a chance to trade because I'm stuck telling myself "Don't do it, you're going to lose more money".. If the key is not to give up and keep learning to increase success.. How do you get over that?
If FOMO is not desired and if fear of losing money is not desired.. I'm going insane and broke wondering why I can't win breakout patterns.
This video has inspired me to go use my Health Insurance and reach out to a therapist!
