The most common problem with any day trader is having the proper trading psychology. Trading psychology, meaning that a day trader can stay in control of their mind and not trade emotionally. In this video I’m going to give you five rules you must follow in order to maintain a healthy trading psychology.

Rule No. 1: Rules Based Trading. Minimum of 3 Confluences. You have to trade based on rules! Science! It’s not emotional, it’s strategic!

Rule No. 2: Do not trade on emotions, that’s gambling mentality!

Rule No. 3: Have a Proper Risk Management. Never ever click that buy or sell button without TP and SL.

Rule No. 4: Do not overtrade! Keep it Simple!

Rule No. 5: Do not revenge trade!

Rule 1: always justify your trade, build up a case like a lawyer, find evidence by looking at what the market is showing you, not what you want to see.
Rule 2:A strategy without a stoploss is not a strategy.
Advice: The best strategy is risk management.

One of the issues I ran in this week! Started getting better and up in profits on 5 trades, being all excited and not taking profits before going to sleep only to wake up being stopped out on all of them. Lol need to practice not being greedy! I’m 1 month into being new at this, good thing i’m still sticking to paper trading with my trading journal just like you suggested) thanks Arty!

Thanks for helping. I started trading with my pocket money about 1 year ago not knowing anything. I win sometimes but lose always. This video opened my eyes. I decided to trade with demo account until I'll have been watching all of your videos.

I started trading 4y ago. Learned all these mistakes the hard way. Watching this because this past week I hit all my parameters to be funded: PT hit, number of days hit, consistency hit. Excited and logged off. Forgot somehow to cancel all orders. Made $25, 000 the next day on two NQ cons but didn’t get home until after close and my eval was DQ’ed. Trying to get over this as frustrating as it is but been doing it long enough to recognize I’m frustrated so I won’t be trading for awhile to reset my 🧠 getting tf away from charts until these emotions subside
