Hello, Everyone I had a very similar problem to some people. I have an iphone 8 and recently purchased one of these cameras. It is an amazing camera and I was very excited to purchase it. I was very frustrated however as it wouldn't find my camera. I however deleted the app and reenabled all the permissions on my phone and it connected !

Sorry I have two stupid questions, 1) I cannot connect my One x2 with bluetooth pairing, any tips or advices? 2) I tried to share my 360 photos to Facebook thru the App but it only show regular photo instead of 360.... Any tips and advices will be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance

My app screen doesnt look anything like that, it just has a few instructions on importing contents, there is no camera icon or any other ones at the bottom either. When i try finding my camera in bluetooth it asks for a password and suggests 0000 or 1234, neither will work, i must have tried to do this 50 times now! Please help, this thing was so expensive and is useless

I just bought the camera and it puts out absolutely no signal. I have followed all the instructions but my iphone 12 does not connect with the camera. It doesn't find it through bluetooth or wifi. No info online is helping. So disappointing, bought this for snowboarding tomorrow but can't use the camera cause I can't activate it.

May work for Iphone but what about those of us, the majority, with Android. Standard connection instructions do not work!

My cell phone is Android (moto e7) and it is not locating the wifi One x3. I tried to use the cable with the two c inputs and I couldn't either. I do not know what else to do. 🤯😵

Is the connexion possible in a place where there is no wifi router ?

It does not work! ou can reboot phone and camera and you may be lucky it works but 2 out of 50 try. Cable is the only one.
