This was such an easy way to do a breaded fish…no mess or fuss and the breading actually stays on. Love this technique.

Mmmmm!  Delicious!  I just made this tonight following the exact recipe except I used Panko Italian Seasoned breadcrumbs.  Taste buttery light with a pleasant little crunch from the breadcrumbs.  A keeper for sure:-)  Many thanks!

I will use the butter and bread crumbs. Maybe some garlic. *400 20 minutes

bread in salted corn meal, pan fry in bacon drippings. Mmmmm...

the cod turned out bitter. i assume form the lemon juice.

I don’t understand...you seasoned the fish only to rinse off all the seasoning by pouring the lemon juice and wine over it 🤦🏻‍♀️
