can't even block it or report it or anything at all only can "mute" it's notifications but still comes up literally every time you search for anything

They fixed it so that you can't block or report it. I view on the website and now on the phone they removed that option too.

Totally agree! It takes the search feature out we used to use When I try to look up different topics which used to pull accounts or posts about that topic now it wants me read up on what the terms are and their definitions WTF

Ok I figured it out after screaming at the AI for hours trying to find a reel I'd liked on a page I follow, which it couldn't manage to do (and even told me I hadn't watched any reels that day). Here it is: type your search in the place where there should be a search bar but is now just the AI prompt. Before you submit the question, you'll see what you typed with the magnifying glass symbol just below. Click that. Voila! Normal search. Idk if it's working now because I told it was a lying stalker enough times or if it was already there but it's worked multiple times now. Also even if you can't block Meta AI from its profile, you CAN mute it permanently. Maybe that helped? Idk. Someday I hope AI can at least be helpful instead of so effing invasive.
