To turn off Meta AI on WhatsApp, open WhatsApp and tap the Meta AI icon. Type in a question to ask the AI. It doesn’t matter what you ask, we just need to start a chat with the AI to get the option to mute it. Once the chat has been started, go back to your chats tab. Swipe your chat with Meta AI to the left. Tap More. Then tap Mute. In the menu that appears, tap Always. This will mute the Meta AI chat. You can then Archive the chat if you wish.
