My most memorable birthday was my 16th and not because it was a great birthday but because I had just had my first kidney transplant a year prior and I had just gotten out of the hospital from being very very sick and I invited like 20 plus people to my birthday party and only five showed up you really find out who your true friends are real fast although that was 20 years ago and I've learned a lot since then
