there is no way that franks is hotter than tobasco. I use franks on everything, and whenever I use tobasco it is definitely way hotter

Weird, for me Tabasco is hotter than Frank's Red Hot. Even comparing with Frank's Xtra Hot, Tabasco still hotter.

I have food allergies and I can't eat most dips and sauces, so I put Franks Red Hot on EVERYTHING!!! As Ethel would say " I put that *splat* on everything!

Thank you for sharing this fun and informative video. Good point you make about not hiding foods taste behind hot sauce. I like hot sauce but look upon the ones in the video as more like a condiment for flavor. I always shake them before using them and wanted to ask if you also do and if so do you sense any change, even minutely in intensity?

I bought Louisiana Supreme Chicken Wing Sauce for a dollar, it was by far the best bang for buck wing sauce I've ever purchased.

One of my favorite normal, enough perfect heat hot sauces..
is tabasco I cant get enough of it, the taste the burn...its just perfect!

Cool vid. As Texans we love heat on everything. I've always seen Frank's at the store but never picked one up. Gonna have to give it a shot. If you haven't tried Tabasco's Habanero sauce, try it.

I think your ranking of hotness is off, probably because the heat compounded over time.

Tobasco is the hottest of the bunch. Franks Red Hot is not hot at all. It barely even qualifies as a hot sauce in my opinion.

Louisiana is my preferred of these hot sauces.  Great peppery flavor, great in marinades and so forth.

Current favorite hot sauces are Tapatio and El Yucateco, beginning to think I have a latent bias for mexican hot sauce. PS have you tried Crystal hot sauce? If I had to guess I'd say it's about where the Louisiana would be
