I thought this was just a legit SNES Classic but modded with extra games, but this is just a really well made copy with a custom UI.

Ordered one a couple days ago, really excited to see what this can do. Went the Genesis route as a kid but ALWAYS wanted one of these. Is the 700 games the entire library or just a number the company redoing these decided upon? Thanks!

$200 is fine for someone who really likes these older games. I've owned the OG SNES console way back then and stopped console gaming with the Xbox 360. For $200 and my 3D printer with knowledge of mini computers such as raspberry pi's or phones, a cheaper and superior option is well within my price range for cheaper. I get that many don't want to build their own console though or bother with that. I gave someone a handheld that is battery powered, runs 16 bit and lower games flawlessly, has tv output and I can put as many games as I want on an SD card for far under $100. For slightly over $100 I can purchase one already.

I think the right side is the original and the left side is the mini, the right side has more vibrant graphics.

The worst issue is advertising a 1000 games, via 4 duplications and another 3 crappy ‘user modified’ versions for each game. I’d actually pay extra for a clean library
