Former Alabama police officer charged in fatal shooting of Black man

Mac Bailey Marquette, former Alabama police officer, has been charged with murder in the fatal shooting of Steve Perkins, who was shot and killed in front of his own home during a dispute with a tow truck driver. WAFF’s D’Quan Lee reports.

So the guy knew someone was trying to do a repo - not a carjacking or theft but a repo... so you are going to brandish a pistol over a repo? You going to shoot someone for doing their job? It is NOT your car until it is paid for! A bank can demand full payment or repossession at almost anytime they want. This video (and others) do not say whether the guy pointed his gun at the police or not.
