Fun Fact: I was in the marching band in my high school so I spent alot of time at school after hours. One day I was walking down a hallway and I turn the corner to see a teacher running laps up and down the hallway. With a shocked face he told me that if I could beat him in a race he would give me an A for a Test grade. (He was my Math teacher and my grades in is class weren't the best). I got the A.

I stayed at an after school revision thing for geography once and after we left my teacher started playing really loud music and as he has surround sound in his classroom you could hear it throughout the building. So I guess that's what he does after school.

Going to the same school as my mom who was a teacher, it's literally just a lot more boring after school. In a way it's a lot more peaceful without having all those damn kids yelling all the time.

Literally after school, from what I've seen, most teachers are finishing up some work they need to do, marking assignments, ordering papers into folders, making assignments or something that is related to school work.

Besides this, teachers who are friends with each other tend to gossip often. Normally they gossip about how other teachers "do this and do that", pretty much like gossiping between us as students.

They also talk about students from time to time but not as often as people think, like if someone did something interesting, it might have peaked some interest to talk with another teacher about it, but really, teachers really focus on other teachers and staff a lot more.

Not to mention, many teachers post things talking about their students and their lives on social media xD

TL;DR - school is boring, teachers finish up their work, they gossip to each other about other teachers

Teachers in India just sit back and relax and grabs a cup of coffee or tea for a few minuets and then they spend 2 hours checking the notes of students and managing registers and data and stuff
