In all serious this is one of the most common-sense house I've seen built on YouTube comming outta jamaica and I pree everything proper use of space not a Baga Baga room room that won't be used. Str8 and to the point. Often time we see a house a farin and be like, I want this in jamaica but when u look at what's being built yr like nahh that ain't it. Your home however is exactly it😊🎉 I'm going to have to reach out to you guys for the architect's number and a few pointers from the wife as well. How can I get in touch?

I've been watching since the very first video. And it's nice to see the progress you've made. Just one suggestion though. You need to add floor drains at the roof drains to prevent blockage. If they are left open they eventually will get clogged.
