Electrical, Hvac, Plumbing, Low voltage wiring, Roof, all the things that need to get done for 4 way city approvals is here! What are we doing in this home?

Next month it is REALLY going to look like a house....This process is so fun!

The flat roof makes sense in a desert. This is smart thinking. You should put up a railing around the terrace, and maybe put up a couple of chairs and table, so you and Leslie can enjoy the lovely desert evenings.

I would love to have a smart toilet in all three of our bathrooms. Plus I want one of those faucet with Kohlers ( wave your hand ) .
Next year 2025, we are remodeling every room and Upgrade the entire home.

I think this house looks better than your last one. I'm a big fan of modern, prairie design (think Frank Lloyd Wright). This house is much closer to my dream house than your last one was :)

Regarding the EV-Charger, you could install the Tesla Universal Wall connector. Then you could have both NACS, as well as J1772 in each EVSE.

AC duct openings should be covered to prevent construction dust from getting in them.

You should be taking pictures of everything with 360 cameras so if you ever have to fix anything later, you’ll know exactly where all the wires and pipes are!!!
