I would consider flipping your lounge and dining so your living room is in the larger space, it means you’ll have more seatinh in your living room! It will also avoid the waiting room vibe you’ll get with the dining in the entry! Advice coming from an Architect in Australia ☺️☺️

Purchasing my first 2 houses in UK is a testament to what smart financial decisions and perseverance can achieve. I wasnt financial free until my 40’s and I’m still in my 40’s, bought my second house already, earn on a monthly through passive income and got 4 out of 5 goals, just hope it encourages someone that it doesn’t matter if you don’t have any of them right now, you can start TODAY regardless your age INVEST and change your future! As someone who always grew up with housing issues and still do till this day. Me and my dad have always lived in tiny overcrowded, 1 bed flats with things everywhere. I LOVE this, however I'd switch the dining room and couch/tv area around. I feel like the space would be better utilized for more seating and flow better into having something really cool where the dining table is now. And the shape of the table would match the kitchen area better too, I think. Amazing work on the house, so cool to see what it came from to where it is now. Congrats on everything! ❤
