There is a mistake in this video which kept popping up and that is that kurds are shia and the kdp was shia while 90% of kurds are sunni muslims and the leaders of the kdp are sunni muslims, the reason why they aligned with iran was purely secular and not religious

I apologize if I'm misunderstanding you but I'm pretty certain you're claiming the Kurds are Shia when that is not the case, while there are some small Kurdish subgroups like the Feyli Kurds or certain Kurds in Turkey who follow Alevism, the vast majority of Kurds are Sunni.

Just to clarify, Yazidis are not a variant of Islam, we’re more so like branched off of Zoroastrian but recently i’ve been hearing that they’re a branch from us. It’s confusing we’ve had 72 genocides on us, I’m surprised we got any history left at this point.

I am Albanian🇦🇱. Kurds was really loyal to Ottoman Kaliphat and Khaliph cause they have given the promise as Muslims to him. It is a big mistake that they was treated like that. But naturally they deserve actually to have their own state. If they would behave like Turkey they would have their own country since after WW1. I feel really sad for them. 😢
