#dayz Status Access Violation Crash Fix How To Finally Get Back In The Server

leaving this here if you have this problem with an rtx nvidia gpu. I searched for hours and couldn't find a fix. You have to turn off "nvidia rtx dynamic vibrance" in the nvidia app (since this is kind of a cheat in dayz due to better colors)

Didn’t work for me I’m been out for 6 months and no one can find out what the problem even dayz the people them self said that can’t help me like wtf is the point of buying the game if they not going to help you what a way to through 2000 +hours away

it works until i minimize task manager to actually see the screen, then crashes immediately

man, its been such a long on going issue and its so fucking annoying. a lot of the reason why DAYz probably gets NO ONE on anymore.

How are you supposed to play with the task manager window on the screen like that?

Any idea how to fix it so DayZ loads on the correct monitor? I get a repeat error that just says an unexpected error occurred. Something about a task exception and a log file was put on my desktop. There’s no file or anything. Everything was fine before 1.19 came out.

Worked for me! At first I tried via DayZ but I was getting the same error. Then I used the dzlauncher > opened task manager > did the same as in the video > it stopped working for a few seconds like in the video as well and then I clicked on the game and was already in the server
