Since this uses gpt4 is it required to be online? Could another LLM be substituted? One that could run locally? Like vicuna?

The step that will be interesting is when you tell the AI to complete a task, and it begins to write programs that it uses in the background that will complete the task. In other words, it looks at the task, says, "I need to be able to do these things to complete this task, so I will create these programs and run them in the background, then I can complete the task."

AGI is pretty easy, just like giving the AI an impossible goal, e.g. to be Happy, to get soulmate, to find meaning of Life, to know God... then it will run forever.
