VW ID.7 test - finally a good Volkswagen EV?

Volkswagen brings the ID.7 as Pro and Pro S to the US and I was already able to test it for 2 weeks on a daily base with a newborn and long distance roadtrips in Germany. I tested the latest VW ID Software 4 and 5 and tell you what to expect from the car. Is it comparable to Teslas Model 3 or even S and can it compete with the BMW i4 and i5?

The ID 4 is not bad, expect the earlier software for the first models.
