NBA 2K25: Which Version Should You Buy?

In today's video, we are going to take a look at all three editions of NBA 2K25 that are available to purchase and I will give you guys my recommendation on which version is the best to buy.

If you’re not getting the game at launch (like me) 2k goes on sale during the opening week of the nba season. For the last 2 yrs I got the $100 Verison of the game for $67.

If anyone is reading this and deciding, IF the VC prices are still the same as the previous games, just get the standard edition. Not sure about US prices but in Australia 200k vc is $82. You have to spend an extra $70 to basically get 100k. You're better off just getting the standard and paying the extra $12 on top of that to get double the VC. There's no actual bonus either to having either edition besides boosts, but you'll probably burn through half of them playing career to get your player up anyway.

No1 cares about skill boosts on game launch seriously…

2k is lacking the option where you can choose when to activate your skill boosts. These day 1 boosts are wasted on nba games and street-Ai games

Buy standard edition then $20 vc and $10 vc =110vc

Buying the cheapest edition from cdkeys to avoid them heavy taxes too 😂 gettin vc from there as well. Done giving 2k my money directly.

All-Star edition is currently $32.99 on the Microsoft store as of today. Ends on the first of May 2025

Everybody use Cdkeys you can get the standard for 56 the all star for 80 and legend one for 120

I’m buying the standard version and 750, 000 VC to start off. I use to buy the hall of fame version cause league pass. Now you can get league pass for $20 🤣

You said that the standard edition will give you both new and old gen. There is no old gen anymore if even PC gets the next gen, but I guess there will still not be any crossplay on One and ps4 version.
