🤔Should you Cut or Bulk?

While in a cut, you will lose body fat, while maintaining your muscle mass.

During a proper bulk, you will build muscle and gain a bit of body fat.

If you are a beginner trainee or return from a training break, you can also look into a "Body Recomposition". When you lose fat more slowly and focus on lifting weights, it is possible to build muscle while losing fat [1].

For most people, starting with a Body Recomp is a great way to enhance their fitness results. By just eating in a small 10% calorie deficit, eating a high protein intake, and lifting weights 4-5x per week, most people will be able to "Recomp".
