Girl just inject it with some butter, Cajun seasoning, Adobo, garlic powder and onion powder. And rub butter on the outside as a binder then put a complete seasoning on top of the butter... It will change your life... TRUST!

Not as juicy and tender as expected. 🤔

I would have put most of the butter (which I would have added roasted garlic and herbs to) under the skin, stuffed the cavity with onions and herbs, then cooked the turkey uncovered, basting it regularly, then foiled the breast to prevent it getting too brown.

I roasted my turkey in a bag this year for the first time and I’m never looking back. It cooked faster. I didn’t have to do anything and it was so juicy and the skin was crisp!

Hey you skip the best part the fridge lol. Like to see what fridge can fit that thing of that size and weight

All you have to do for a truly moist turkey, after you season to your tastes...is use about 4 layers of aluminum foil tightly over baking pan...3 layers will do for small turkey, 12 lbs or so..bake it at about 350, timed according to turkey's weight...no peeking or basting needed...❤❤❤

Got the turkey tasting like lo mein! The turkey didn’t look seasoned that much honestly

if u just give a few slits and then season it in the brine and the miso butter, it would be a whole new level of flavor

Make sure you lift up the skin and put the butter and seasoning mixture inside the skin too so it melts down on the turkey breast since that part It’s really dry usually!! And that will be a perfect turkey!🦃💜 Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
