Wow in Guatemala and I think some parts of Mexico and El Salvador we have an herb called cilantro but we also call is culantro 😂 I’ve had your herb culantro before and it’s very delicious in soup

The Sawtooth coriander is more easily to grow too. I have tons of those in my backyard. It’s more pungent and aromatic than the normal ones as well

Pho is so good my oldest daughter got me eating pho now we’re black creole Indian and Irish when I say this isn’t any different from how we eat our soups we don’t use rice noodles but the spices are the same except I don’t eat a lot of star anise but everything else is almost the same
