stuffing ingredients:
-1 cup chopped celery
-1 cup diced yellow onion
-1 cup diced korean chesnut
-1 cup diced olive
-1 cup raisin
-1 bag classic stuffing
-1/2 cup water
-1/2 cup butter
-1/2 cup olive oil
-1 tablespoon dan o's seasoning

this is very interesting i didn’t think other places made stuffing besides America definitely a culture shock but y’all should try it the southern way it’s similar but my nanny makes the cornbread herself homemade and add a stuffing bag for flavor she also adds her own seasoning too

How long has your grandma lived in the States? It’s so unusual for me to see an elderly Korean person cooking American food because I live in NZ where Koreans don’t have as long a history here.

Hmm not closing up turkey after stuffing. I use chestnuts too...adds great texture. I put dried cranberries..
But I'm going to try olives since my hubby loves them. But I'll omit the cranberries. 😀

I have mixed feelings about this video only because we shouldn’t be stuffing raw meat. There’s a chance of salmonella contaminating the parts of the stuffing. However to each their own. Still a wholesome video nonetheless 😊
