My son got the toy victorinox for his birthday, he loves it and uses it for his play dough and pokes things "fixing it like daddy does".

I carried the Huntsman (also see the Fieldmaster with the full size phillips instead of the corkscrew) for over 35 years. My Huntsman is old enough to not have the package hook, which was introduced in 1991!

I updated it with the Ranger, which has the same tools as the Huntsman, plus a metal file, and a couple additional tools on the back.

the suspension pocket clips that attach to the keyring are the best pocket clips and they are only about $2 a piece and usually sell in packs of 3 to 5. Love how they carry in the pocket

My EDC has been the Victorinox WorkChamp for 15 years, and the only things that would make it a 10/10 would be including a small blade too, and one-hand opening of the main large blade. Still an amazing SAK I wouldn't replace for anything else on the market.

The ranger grip 79 is my favorite outdoor Swiss army knife. I dont need a secondary pen blade, as the main blade is already my back up to my fixed blade.

Huntsman is $31 right now. That's a steal. It has a great outdoor-focused toolset.
