How to Make Pork Scotch Burnt Ends

In this video i'm going to show you how to make pork scotch burnt ends!

Here's what I used for this cook:

- 1.5kg pork scotch
- BBQ seasonings (I used my Honey Soy Slammer & Steak Shooter)
- BBQ Sauce (I used my Hook Shot BBQ Sauce)
- 1 cup apple juice
- Honey
- Butter
- Brown Sugar

I started by trimming the pork scotch, I diced it into 1-1.5 inch cubes and then seasoned the cubes. Then they went into the smoker at 275F/135c for 90 minutes and once I was happy with the colour, they went into a tray with the apple juice, honey, butter and brown sugar.
I then covered the tray in foil for another 90 minutes or so until they were tender, then I added some BBQ sauce, gave them a good mix and they kept going in the smoker for 10 minutes. I repeated that last step once more before they were served!

Sweet, sticky, tender and delicious! Definitely give these pork scotch burnt ends a try for yourself!
