When I Need Sample, I only Choose Defend Mission from Galaxy Map. Once it's done, I look for another Defend mission and so on.. on a repeat loop.

Another good method early on is playing mission on 1-Trivial. There are usually 12-14 on a map and you can usually finish in 10 min. Maps are super small. Wear light armor for more sprinting and watch compass for ? on it

I've been doing trivial missions on repeat because they also yield medals, super credits, and slips from the shipping containers. With light armor and a jet pack it makes it quick. But this is smart too and probably more fun!

I have the Orange and Purple Samples on mass but the Commons are the real problem.
And those Trivial Missions feel kinda boring. xD

My god that backpack barely does a burst before it needs to reload. The Rover is SO much better.

How do you get the 15 sample mission every time? Seemed like the 7 and 15 were both the exterminate terminds…..

How and where to find the resources you need, 3 different ones are there and especially the 3 is hard to find. So many tip videos but no one tells you what to look for :D
