I’m not expecting a warbond since they did mention they are slowing down all warbonds, not just last months

1. Buff update
2. Illuminate launch
3. New systems for long-term players, ie weapon skins, armor dyes, material conversion (turn samples into medals, etc)
4. New warbond with armor/weapons/stratagems/etc

That's the order of work priority I'd give them, personally

The orbital napalm barrage is a nice start, that thing against bugs actually makes you feel like you just laid waste to a quarter of the map lol

Overhauls are generally REALLY good in games, any type of games. If any studio says ''we are overhauling something'' its usually good. Helldivers 2 was already a CANNOT miss game, overhaul is gonna be like a spark to a fire (pretty ironic huh?)

I'm gonna be honest we don't need another warbond that make the stuff in them not worth using. They need to focus on the stuff in the game already. There is no point in adding more issues to the game than what they've already done.

Orbital gas barrage would be cool just as wide spread as the new flame barrage which is amazing btw

Most important thing is that the update goes in the right direction instead of taking one step forward and one back. I am fine with the dev team taking their time for the updates because having it rushed out would just cause more problems/bugs. Also good on them pushing hotfixes here and there; let them cook.

Lord I hope my HMG gets more ammo per mag. More damage be cool too but more ammo please. 75 rounds to 125 rounds would be awesome

Not to be a smarty-pants here, but I really don’t think the focus or worry should be on warbonds right now. If you look at each bulletpoint in the 60-day plan, warbonds aren’t mentioned in any of them. Plus the game issues they are working on are significant and time-consuming. Therefore, I think it’s a very reasonable conclusion that we may not see another warbond until after 60 days or more (from that announcement). It’s very possible they’re also working on a warbond, but I think that is definitely lower priority right now and most of the community agrees. Plus, as I saw another commenter mention, the devs have previously stated they abandoned the once a month model for warbonds and will spend more time of each of them individually.

I wouldn’t worry too much about future balancing. They are rolling out the test servers so it’s not a decision being made purely off of percentage charts going forward.

Weaponizing the community to do a good chunk of work for you is a smart move.

How easy would it be to just slightly increase damage to all primaries and return the incinary breaker to 8 mags real quick to hold us over before the big update

The anti-material rifle is a must pick for me when I’m battling bots. It’s so freaking good I can pick hulks, aircraft etc. the fact that it’s going to be even better it so exciting for me 😮

About your comments about wanting more small patches.... If you remember they were putting out broken updates and taking two steps back with every release. There was always a broken mechanic or friends list or crashes that always happened. They do need to spend more time on releasing better quality releases with less bugs. This is the approach they always should have had but they've been stuck playing catch up on a unfinished game upon launch. The friends user interface is completely still very broken for PS5 still as well. So not sure more small patches works with Arrowhead. If they would have spent a year or two polishing this game up before launch they could have actual time to release quality new content.

I still believe making regular patches to buff weapons would be better. Now i'm not playing and just waiting to see what happens.

One thing they could do is put in difficult modifiers. Like if you want it to be more difficult you can bump up the enemy hp to 150% or bump up the number of spawns to 120%, or how often map hazards happen. It might not do much for the lower difficulties but for people who say the game is too easy, they could go on super helldive and crank everything to max.
