For the past few months, this has been my GO TO recipe for shampoo! I usually only wash my hair once per week and follow it up with an ACV rinse! It makes me feel better knowing exactly what I’m putting onto my body.

Why waste all your ingredients? Dr Bronners does it already. All you need to do is dilute it. It has the recipe right on the label. And it has all the oils and herbs in it already just choose the ones you want.

If I wash my frying pan with soap, the oil is gone. Hence I presume it is the same with the oil or any other ingredients in the recipe. Therefore one would think, that I can spare all other ingredients and only go with soap if I want to wash my hair. I'm just trying to make sense out of this. Could you help, please.

So then it would make more sense to apply it after washing as where there is soap cannot be oil at the same time. Like with the example of the frying pan.
If this would follow the shampoo logic, there would be still oil in the pan after washing it with soap.
