I have been using this method for years now. Even on my daughters hair. Conditioner is all you need. No need for shampoos. Seriously. Certainly with Afro- women. Just my opinion. Love this video.

Its been over a year since I stopped shampooing weekly. Coconut oil, apple cider vinegar, tea tree oil are my go to(s)

Yes! ACV works extremely well ladies. I haven't used shampoo in almost a year. In addition to the mixture I add my homemade deep conditioner (egg, mayo & honey) or store bought deep conditioner on top of the ACV mix. Place a plastic cap on your head for your desired time & get ready for soft, shiny, manageable hair & product build up is gone!

I like to use diluted ACV as a rinse/pre-poo. It helps with my seborrheic dermatitis as well. I have also tried it with Rhassoul clay and my hair feels amazingly soft afterwards. Hope this helps the ladies with scalp conditions.

I did this yesterday before my date (risky, I know!) but I was happy that I did it because it left my hair feeling clean, and didn't have a smell to it after I conditioned. I'm transitioning, and so I have a sew in installed and some leave out, and this helped me get to my scalp through the sew in without leaving build up like a shampoo would do

Typically I make all of my own health and beauty products but after two washes, I'm addicted to Argan Life hair care products. My hair feels incredible. I don't think I'll ever use another shampoo. Plus this shampoo smells amazing!!

I rub baking soda into my hair and scalp first, then add ACV, then rinse with water. But not just hair, also my body.

ACV is a staple in the NH community. I have used this method for 3 years. It does clean hair and scalp.

Honestly, I stopped using soap and shampoo and roll on for 3 weeks now. And I barely smell, my lady parts smell sweet again, my teeth don't pain, my itchy ear problem is gone, my skin doesn't need cream, no lip balm, my feet doesn't smell etc. Etc. Too many things got better without soap. I only use water. And vinegar every 2nd day. Soap is the enemy. I'm telling you. Toothpaste enemy. Use homemade conditioners and shampoo if you must. But vinegar is my number one cleanser. Never going back to soap and regular shampoo.

I did an ACV rinse two weeks ago. It is by far the easiest and cheapest natural hair clarifier! Also, bentonite clay is another greater cleanser and conditioner for natural hair! Maybe you can do a DIY video for that as well!

This can replace shampooing? So I'd do this every few times a month but still co-wash, right?

I love this Argan Life sulfate free shampoo! I use as a co-wash, conditioner and leave-in. Hair is shiny and healthy with springy frizz-free curls. I hope this product stays around forever!

I read somewhere it’s best to use it as a conditioner because it also locks in the moisture 🤨
