How to generate a pixelart attack animation

Me and my brother are working on a plugin to Aseprite that helps with creating pixel art content. We've loved pixel art for a long time and spent a lot of time developing a pixel art indie game. 🙂

Hi there, I am speaking on behalf of the larger pixel art community, I (and by extension all of us) would like to request that you don't make this project open to the public to use. As we have seen with efforts to "democratize" usual digital art via AI generation, it fractures communities and causes legitimate creators to be buried underneath mass-produced generated works. I am not speaking a few a day, I am saying thousands of works being generated in hours and being uploaded and thus having entire algorithms highlight people who use generators over those of us who do not.

As a pixel artist myself, it is difficult to be really noticed, and having people with mass-produced pixelated media is just going to keep me permanently locked out of having a major presence online, plus I would be getting flak for being a pixel artist even more. NFTs hurt my potential clientele and this will absolutely cut me off from being able to make cash with my skills as people could likely only associate pixel art with AI, and I don't want that.
