I don't have a problem with the stricker plate. My deadbolt lever just spins and doesn't do anything. It's worked fine for 13 years. Emtek w/Schlage hardware evidently.

My problem is the turner to lock door inside is extremely loose
It's still locks feels like the turner will fall off

No sir, can not match the deadbolt lock from outside to inside, what is the answer

deadbolt is stuck in door jam. took apart but still wont loosen???

My problem is the pin keeping the inside knob on has broken so the knob falls off. how is that fixed?

New deadbolt lock and striker plate and knob were all installed
by a locksmith last fall - new screws as well. .
Trouble opening in three spring

I tried all that - It hasn’t helped, checked the deadbolt opening as well

I can’t get it to lock as well .

I also can’t get the padlock to do it either - can’t lock it either way !!!

Help!!!
