You can can have premium for 10% of the price at home. Uni Ikura Chutoro Don is one of my favorite sushi meals. Uni is sea urchin, ikura is salmon roe, and chutoro is medium fatty bluefin tuna. Each spoonful is a symphony of flavors: the oceanic notes of uni, the popping ikura, and the indulgent chutoro. Here, in Northern California, wondering where I could source some high-quality Uni … We have several Japantown’s but the local grocery stores I wouldn’t consider high grade, because I have been zinged by their raw fish products! Where would one source high-grade shall we say sushi grade raw fish in the area like Northern California? Any Suggestions would help!
