The one about leaving behind perfectionism, yes! So much yes. I stopped drawing around 2011, only picking it up occasionally, because I was just so frustrated with everything I drew, because nothing looked like I had envisioned it.
Picked it up again last year and SOMEHOW got over it. idk what changed in my brain, but I finally was able to enjoy drawing again. I still see the mistakes I make and the things that didn't go like I wanted, but it doesn't bother me as much anymore.
