You have to realize that openai has access to the raw model without bias training. Meaning they can asking it anything they want, ethical or not, therefore coming up with a perception management plan including impressive points such as setting an accountability timeline are most likely products of that an interaction with a real AI.

Enabled it on my ChatGPT log in but Code Interpreter not seemingly active... anyone able to help?

GPT4 has 175 trillion weights, across probably 5 to 10 models connected to each other. now compare that to the 1/12th section of our brain called language interpretation. what we have built is not the higher learning part of our brain. for that we need 12 times what GPT4 is now.. I can't see us getting to that point in the next 40 years. they said we would have self driving cars by now. that has not happened.. we tend to over estimate our abilities to improve technology.. yet we actually fail at most of it.
