Great video. Great concept. I tried open Interpreter. And spent 16 $ just to setup and install package and try to do text translation. It is a very promising tool. I hope we could include ChatGPT plus instead of the API ton control cost.

Thanks for a great video! Regarding costs, do you know if you are uploading the data sets you are asking Open Interpreter to analyse? In other words, will size of data sets be a factor in the api usage with openai? Or is the api only used for translating my questions into a plan on how to do the analysis but the actual data never leaves my machine? Or is some samples of it sent to the LLM in order for it to make sense out of the data?

Im really excited about this but so far havent had any luck. I tried both gpt4 and llama but havent had any luck. Gpt4 gives me some weird error and llama just seems to stall and not do anything after i hit enter. If you could find out how to get it work and post a tutorial for windows and mac it would be amazing ❤

I have two issues with the open interpreter on my fedora lab computer so far: 1- when it's installing packages and system asks for confirmation, it doesn't show it to me, I can't input "y" to let it continue. both run normally and with the "-y" it faces this issue that means I should end the conversation and close it down. 2- somehow it's not running over ssh.

Thank you. Quick correction neede, Running the Open Interpreter using the GPT4 using OpenAI API is not private as you are sending details of your request to the OpenAI servers. So its not safe.

still scary not know how it works in the back ground and what it does. Would not use it on a laptop that has sensitive information on it or a laptop or computer you do your banking on lol
