At the time of making this, I'm 33 years old. If I could go back and give my 20-year-old self some advice, here's what I'd say.

0:00 - Intro
0:10 - Don’t kill the cringe, kill the part that cringes
0:30 - If you're thinking too much you're not acting enough
1:05 - Get really good at something
1:38 - Stop waiting for life to get easier
2:05 - You will regret inaction more than failure
2:31 - What really makes us happy
3:03 - People aren't against you, they're for themselves
3:26 - Burnout isn’t about doing too much
3:40 - You teach people how to treat you
4:03 - Keep a journal
4:34 - Focus on big wins around money
5:12 - Put a 10% tax on yourself
5:50 - Be mindful with alcohol
6:25 - Healthy looks boring
7:06 - Invest in your sleep
7:26 - You'll never be good enough for the wrong person
7:37 - You don't need energy to workout, you get energy by working out
8:03 - You are the main character of your movie
8:23 - The best relationship advice no one ever told you
9:00 - Get a dog
9:17 - If you're going to compare, you need the full context
9:56 - Start making weekly to-do lists
10:12 - Practice zero-based thinking
10:43 - Find a way to travel
11:18 - It’s okay if you don’t know what you're doing with your life
11:42 - Your biggest problems can’t be solved, only outgrown
11:46 - Don't believe everything you think
12:02 - Credit cards are more than IOUs
12:30 - Hard choices, easy life. Easy choices, hard life
13:02 - How you make money is more important than how much money you make
13:31 - Anxiety is living in the future, depression is living in the past
13:40 - Resentment is like drinking poison
14:03 - Advice is just opinions

Thanks for the inspiration @danfounder

This is the best videos I've seen on this topic. No fluff, no wasted words—just pure, actionable advice. Every single point hits home, and to me at least 5-10 of them could be put into practice immediately. It's rare to find content so concise yet so impactful. Highly recommend this to anyone looking to reflect on their journey and make meaningful changes!

I’ve watched a few of your videos, there’s something different about your delivery. Your ability to communicate your perspective is refreshingly unique. Keep up the good work!

Thank you, I love this one: "If you're overthinking, you're not doing anything". Keep inspiring.

Randomnly got this recommended. I am currently starting my 20s and just recently having gotten out of a major depressive episode that lasted for the majority of my teens (and pretty much fucking up some of my early career). From experience I can say some advice here truly works! And some of the advice I will write down for myself for future challenges. Thanks for this video!

Clark, i’ve been watching your videos for years. I’m currently in my second day of rehab and I just wanted to say thank you so much. Your videos always help me so much and this one in particular really spoke to me especially regarding my current circumstances. Thank you for everything and keep making that fire content!

I think the best one you listed is “advice is just opinions” which is very self aware to note that this is simply what worked for you. The reality is while some of these may resonate with myself and others nobody can tell you how to live life.

I put watching this video on hold, because I've seen dozens videos of this kind and they were pretty much all the same. Your delivery is something else and also, some messages I have never heard before. Thank you for this! As a 24-year old trying to navigate through life, I needed that and I know your words will stick with me. Keep doing what you're doing!

I have watched a ton of these kind of life coaching videos. Yours are some of the best. You speak from the heart, are totally relateable and your calm, reassuring delivery makes your messages impactful at a level most presenters cannot get to.

Good video, appreciate it. I think a couple of the points were oversimplified but in general they were very helpful

Wow.... Another great video! Been there done that and all your scenarios. Everything you talk about is a form of stress and stress is detrimental to your health. I've been traveling since the 1970s. You sure can learn a lot about your life and situations by doing this .😊

Investigating 10% or best case more definitely is life changing over the long term. Now 10 years in it's definitely paying off 😊
