I think emu is luffy mom tbh it explains why she has eyes out for him along with vivi and honestly forgot who the other person was, when in moment in the story luffy wasn’t perceived as a real treat yet I also don’t think dragon saved luffy all those times I think he did the first time but not the other two I think those where emu I also believe thiers more to emu then where getting I believe theirs two sides to her one that who wants to rule and another that cares for people and that why she has luffy wanted poster if you look back at that scene she’s holding and looking at luffy poster and then suddenly snaps and puts a knife in it. I believe emu has a devil fruit that in Abel’s her to body take over others body’s but I think the other person still inhabits that body I think emu is in luffys moms body but does not have full control I also believe emu. This is just based on some minor things in the story and the general way odda tends to tell his story so far he give very subtle hints to stuff but never the full thing and a lot of these theories have too much evidence and things making them possible witch to me debunks them. This is all of curse assuming he’s going to right luffys mom in as part of the story.
