The international aid architecture

The Brookings Institution’s Global Economy and Development program will convene a panel of experts to discuss the international aid architecture. After an introduction by Senior Fellow Homi Kharas, there will be a presentation by World Bank Vice President of Development Finance, Aki Nishio, on a recent report “Financing the Future.” John W. McArthur, director and senior fellow at the Center for Sustainable Development at Brookings, will then moderate a panel discussion among leading experts on development assistance before turning to questions from the audience.
