Persons with disabilities are more likely than others to experience adverse socioeconomic, such as less education, poorer health, fewer employment opportunities, and higher poverty rates. To end poverty and boost shared prosperity, we must leave no one behind. At the World Bank, we’re working to build inclusive, resilient, and sustainable communities for all by breaking down barriers to full social and economic inclusion of persons with disabilities. I'm enthralled by this content. A similar book I encountered enthralled me and transformed my life. "Adapting with Aging" by James Crescent

Obviously equality of opportunity is important the problem comes when people are trying to create equality of outcome which is impossible and starts to become tyrannical

I was diagnosed with Epilepsy in Grade 5 (Age 10) and the School I was in decided they can't have that. Instead, I got placed in a School for people with Brain Disorders, where is was mandatory that I be Sexually Sterilized. My parents signed the forms and I was admitted. Instead of learning academic courses, classes were basically different kinds of Sports. When I turned Legal Age, I got put on Disability Income after being classed Unemployable for Public Safety. Even when I applied as a Volunteer at Starbucks, they laughed and turned me down, explaining "We want to draw people IN, not drive them AWAY". That's how it's been all my life, as I'm 60 now and I've never had a job. Instead, I joined a Men's Choir, then I got asked to be in a Barbershop Quartet which makes me feel good about myself, except for the fact that I don't get paid for it. Now I've taken over the role as the Music Director for a Senior's Choir, also not being paid for it. I'm Seizure Free now, and I have a Driver's License, but so many places say they Can't Hire me due to Liability Reasons, for the chance that I MIGHT have a seizure in the future.... But they'll gladly take me as a Volunteer. Is that Inclusion???
