Well that’s your issue. Keep using 87 your gonna have knock. Should just use 89 and add MMO as needed.

Next time you change your oil put in some Valvoline restore and protect. Quieted in my car engine down really well. But marvel works great also in your oil and your gas

Mass air flow sensor, air filter, spark and wires. Maybe the old water down the intake through a sprayer. If that doesn't work treat it by trading for a Toyota. 🤠
