Didn't know putting the oil cap back on would quiet down the engine so much. What a big difference.

Changing the oil regularly and staying away from KIAS will also help

You know what else works? Changing your oil!!

To anyone who watches this video. Measure the exact ounces needed!!! Do not just guess on how much to pour in. Also try to do this 200-300 miles before your next oil change

I agree, the stuff definitely works.. but you may want to be a little more careful with it on a running engine, it is extremely flammable.

As for treatment... The stuff does work. But do know it is more of a cleaning additive than a lubricant. Leaving a ton of it in your oil for a long period will likely end up causing damage. It should be added and used like the instructions say at most. I personally don't run it in the oil day to day. I will use it to clean things up like this while at idle or with some revving and maybe a short jaunt around the block at operating temperature. I would never just pour a bunch of it in my oil and run it from oil change to oil change. I typically will do this before an oil change every so often if I see or feel the need. Drain it and add fresh oil/filter.

I used a regular oil cleaner in the oil in a 13 year old car. The vibration stopped, the engine ran better, but I lost compression. This was on a car that used mineral oil. Change the oil after “cleaning “ the motor.

I did the same thing to my Toyota ready to blow up quieted right down. It does work!

Let’s put the oil cap back on top of the engine after the additive and see if the tapping sound is still there.

You can also use diesel fuel! Is cheaper then seafoam 😅

Changing the badge of manufacture would help a whole lot better

And hydraulic lifters on a Kia get all kind of clogged up if you don't do oil changes regularly and seafoam will clean that shit right out. Works good on certain Dodge ticks too.

After a fresh oil change yes. It’s a cleaning solvent
