Side note largest tire you can fit in the stock spare location is a 33.

Finding American Trucks has been a blessing and a curse. Just bought my first truck, a 2014 Silverado 1500. Already ordered running boards, and a leveling kit. Now I want 33s and wheels.. you guys provide great information and am loving the site!

Noise? Your stereo along with your loud exhaust pipes will take care that.

Man great video and presentation on the basics of upgrading wheel size. I'm all about mellow 2" suspension lift with 33 all terrain. Low profile but still looks good and can do some off road.

IF you want a quiet ride, buy a prius.

yes....really wished you would have shown what the 35 looked like when you swapped them for the 33

Wish you would have shown what the 2014 looked like with the 35" on it.

I did the 3in level kit and had 20x10 -24 offset and mine fit just fine. I did have to trim a little bit of plastic but they fit

Great video. Can you do a similar one with using a 2017 jeep grand cherokee with the leveling suspension. What's the largest tire (33") can you use stock.

I think a clarification is in order here. The mods you made for the 35s produced no rubbing during unloaded normal driving. Load the truck bed or expect a lot of movement from the suspension with those minor mods= trouble. Also, going from a 31 to a 33 only adds 1 inch under the "suspension" as you say, but most people will catch that and it's not a huge deal. Overall thanks for the video, some good info.

Great Review! i have some few questions, is it possible to use bigger and wider tire on my stock rims? I'm currently using 265/60 R18. I'm PLANNING to put 285/65 or /70.

I just put a 2.5" level on my 17 Silverado. If I was to get larger wheels/tires what would be the best choice for me? I was going to buy regular rims to put on my stock tires but didn't know if I could put a larger tire on a 17×8 rim. Thanks for the help anyone.

I have a 3” body lift on my 94 with the torsion keys cranked and clear 35s no problem without trimming

I have a 2014 sierra crew cab with a 2 inch level. I just put on 305 55 R20 with 20X9 wheels. They fit great with very slight rub at full lock turn. However I was told that my ball joints will need replacement because of the 33s. Should I get new control arms?

I have bigger than factory tires on my 05 Sierra. I had to do some trimming of fender walls and front bumper plastic. But they fit. Went from 31×8 to 32.5" ×10.5" I believe were the measurements. I might be slightly off on that but I know I'm enjoying my all terrains.

I’m thinking of a 4” BDS high clearance lift with a 2”-3” long travel kit with 34” tires, why has nobody done this?
