How to Replace the Battery on a iPhone XS Max

This is a video tutorial on how to remove and replace the battery on your Apple iPhone XS Max.

I used the following tools:

1. Y tip tri-star screwdriver
2. Small Phillips head screwdriver
3. Open Prying tool
4. Hair dryer or heat gun
5. Pentalobe screwdriver

Does it show battery health condition? Doesnt it give a error message something like that?

Is there any concern removing oled screen and are they more fragile than lcd? i have done many lcd screen removals without issue. never an oled screen. please advise.

Only right video to replace battery on the XS Max. Other videos telling you to disassemble the speaker on the bottom which you don’t need to.

please advise if 99% isopropyl alcohol can be applied under battery instead of heat to remove batter adhesive. will this cause damage? i do not wish to remove the taptic engine and attempt to pull the removal tabs of battery. please advise my friend. i thank you very much 💕❤

I thought battery adhesives are not reusable.

For anyone using this now you lose waterproof seal so you might need to put a new one before closing the phone

You always replace your battery adhesive and screen adhesive never reuse either one of those I don’t know what this dude‘s talking about but he’s lost his mind
