Anybody else find the “multiple times” relatable?

I was just happy to see Fitz being recommended tbh, can never get enough of Robin Hobb’s writing ❤

The Dragonbone Chair is beautifully written, and a major favorite of mine. I also love Jonathan Strange and Mr. Norrell, and The Priory of the Orange Tree.

I love the Kingkiller books. My FAVORITE books though? The Farseer books by Robin Hobb. A MASTERFUL trilogy of trilogies that is actually finished. Cannot recommend enough!!!

I definitely agree with Memory, Sorrow, and Thorn as a recommendation. Excellent, beautifully written series!

You recommend Lie of Locke Lamora when Scott Lynch has the same issue of not delivering on Thorn of Emberlain

I'm going through The Name of the Wind for the first time.
I think I would recommend Book of the Ancestors by Mark Lawrence for the dark magic school setting and mysterious magic system

If he dies before finishing the series I’m buying a spirit board and never letting his soul rest.

The Dragonbone Chair is the only one I haven’t read. Thanks, I’ll check it out.

I love your videos. I’m positive Rothfuss is getting ready to announce the third book. He’s acting like he has a secret up his sleeve!

U.K. LeGuin absolutely revolutionized the fantasy genre. She was the first author to depict a wizard as a young student, instead of an old wise man. She had a POC protagonist in an industry that didn’t want anything other than white protagonists.

Godstalk by PC Hodgell is amazing, it's like an thieves' guild apprentice labyrinth story set in an ancient city, wrapped in the humor/charm of a Pratchett novel or Ghibli movie, and she's still writing that series, every entry has been fantastic.
