Upping your game when it comes to analyzing finances is a critical skill. When you not only understand how money is created, how it flows, and how it multiplies, but can also give recommendations… you give yourself one of the most valuable – and lucrative -- skills in the world. When you speak the language of finance, doors open.

Here’s the thing: Anybody can learn to read and analyze financial statements. So then why do so many people struggle in this area? Because nobody taught them in simple terms how the numbers flow into the reports. Basic concepts like debits & credits, and how journal entries go from the general ledger to a trial balance, and to the financial statements. There's a certain grammar to this language of business that you need to be comfortable with. Most books and courses use the same terminology which can be too technical or too dry for many people.

Come join my proven learning system - that half a million professionals have already completed successfully - and give yourself an unfair advantage in your career.

Might be the best opening 60 seconds in the history of YouTube. No doubt the course is just as well thought out and planned.

I always ask myself why Leila's lessons so comfortable to watch in compare with others. And I defined several reasons for myself:

1. She is never in a hurry. Explains everything calmly and clearly.

2. She never stumbles, it is immediately clear that she is preparing for the lessons very seriously and thoroughly.

3. Her videos usually don't have music. It's generally just great. Because music is usually distracting. If I want, I can turn on the music and listen to lectures under it.

4. We see both the lecturer and the screen alternately, and this does not bother us.

5. She explains very briefly but concisely.

6. This is the most important sound quality is just super. It's nice to listen.

Thank you Leila, You were born to teach. Best regards - Samir Mammadov from Azerbaijan.

I'm having a flashback, remembering my most inspiring accounting mentor Mr. Ed Plata. He made me love and appreciate accounting beyond debits and credits and financial statements. I dedicate this very interesting video to my mentor. Mr. Plata, I miss you. May you rest in peace.

Yes, finally the course I wanted came. On December 14, 2019, I suggested that you can give a course in this area you were an expert, and you said you would take this suggestion into consideration.
Now that's real.
You are the only channel that can give financial analysis and excel information together and will be able to reach this knowledge and will gladly be involved in this course.
Hey, engineers, bankers, financiers, students and many, what are you waiting for, the bell rang, everyone should enter the class

I almost choked at "The (!) current ratio (????)" I was eating 😂
I have an accounting degree, hard fought but I did it and found this channel to help fill in the business skills recent grads had advised we would need but weren't covering in our courses. I've barely used outlook, and while my word, pp, and excel skills are all intermediate, I've never heard of xlookup or vlookup - which employers wants.

Love the "acting" at the start of this video! Having done some of your courses I'm sure this will be a brilliant one to get people to really understand those accounting terms (without having to Google them!) and how to crunch the numbers.

I support Leila having their own site and selling also in Udemy. I bought an Udemy version of Power Query and is real high quality. Absolutely profesional job. YouTube and Udemy is full of mediocre courses and everyone copying each other. I think there are just people who complains about everything! Every video requires many hours of work! Plus she's a real professional look at her LinkedIn profile she's not improvising here folks

Hi Leila,
You've indicated a real case faced by many, and everyone is shy to admit. I need this course and I'm sure it will be as good as the excel ones.
Good luck!

I’m well into this course and have already learned things I THOUGHT I knew. I have to force myself to take a break. No one teaches the way Leila does.

Although I am not a CPA, I have worked with these topics for decades ... and am reasonably comfortable with them. Nonetheless I will still take the course at some point because I suspect Prof Leila could still provide illumination for me to have an "AHA!!!" moment. Another 'gem' I'm sure.

PS
At the 1:45 mark Leila commented: " ... I like things to make sense ..."
Me too. In grad school I took a US Federal Taxation course ... very little makes sense in the US Tax Code when determining 'Taxable Income'... IMHO ... 😖
