✅Ingredients

• Hard to firm cheeses parmigiano, pecorino, cheddar
• Semi-soft cheeses havarti, gouda, muenster, swiss, curds
• Soft cheeses Brie, Mascarpone, roulade
• Cured meats capicola, salami, prosciutto, pepperoni
• Fruits apples, pears, grapes, kiwi
• Nuts almonds, walnuts, pecans
• Condiments honey, mustard, pickles, olives
• Crackers or breads

✅Instructions

1️⃣ Add the cheeses to the board. Pre-slice any semi soft cheese. Place a knife on the board for cutting the firm/hard cheeses, and something to spread the soft cheeses.

2️⃣ Add meats to the board. Fold, spread, and create meat roses as desired.

3️⃣ Add in fruits and crackers.

4️⃣ Give the final touches and add any nuts and desired condiments.

Meat Rose Instructions:
Using a small bowl or cup and a thin sliced meat like salami (the smaller the diameter of the cup, the smaller the rosette),

take a slice of the meat and bend it around the top of that cup in half. Go around the diameter and overlap the slices of meat. Circle around the cup a few times until the center nearly disappears.

Flip it over and remove the meat and voila! You have a meat rose.

I make these with my kids for after school snacks. We use anything we havr in the house like cheddar, pepperoni, pistachios, bell peppers, peanut butter, club crackers, carrots and ranch, etc 😂 I've never seen them eat so many veggies. It's always a crowd pleaser, impresses their tutors, and it's so easy

We used to call these “cold cuts.” Charcuterie sounds so much cooler and I love how you put your board together!

You can’t eat that all by yourself…so, getting in the car and I’ll be right there! 😉 🥰 Nicely done, young lady. Charcuterie boards are such fun!! Maybe show us all how to assemble a brunch charcuterie board. 😃

I love doing these but I hate how expensive it can be. I’ve tried doing one on a budget and it is so hard because just the good cheeses and meat are very expensive. Are there any tips you have for budget friendly options?

Interesting ditty: "Charcuterie" comes from two French words - "Chair" or "FLESH" and "Cuite" or "Cooked". So, a charcuterie board means "cooked flesh on a chopping block". 😉

How many people would this size of board serve? And, what would be the dollar amount charged for this board?
